Thermal Engineer

The Thermal Engineer must keep the Rover's motors, instruments, and other components within a safe temperature range by switching heating and cooling systems as necessary.

Supplying electrical power to the Rover's Thermal systems will take precedence over all other demands on the energy budget, ie. 'driving' and the deployment of scientific instruments.
